错误记录：
1303-Can’t create a TRIGGER from within another stored routine.
错误原因：
使用工具创建存储过程/触发器时无需写创建这一行
解决方案：
通过Navicat创建存储过程（或触发器）的时候，不需要写创建的这一行：CREATE PROCEDURE(或TRIGGER) XXX() ，直接在Navicat中选择即可。
